2. The required works and installations are considered permitted, through the applicable procedure.

3. They are permitted uses with prior municipal authorization and under the corresponding urban planning license.

4. The uses permitted after a declaration of community interest are:
a) Mining and extractive activities, except in public forests, where they are prohibited.
b) Those uses regulated in Art. 187.3 letter c) that serve the community, except bars, cafeterias
and restaurants, which will only be allowed when they are located in pre-existing buildings
legally built at the time of final approval of this Plan, with the conditions
of article 219.2.
5. They are permitted uses through the extraordinary procedure referred to in art. 197 of this
Regulations for tertiary and industrial activities of special importance. (According to Law 10/2004
have the same treatment as the rest of the activities subject to D.I.C.)
6. Any other use is declared prohibited and incompatible.
